Okay, so I woke up pretty early: 6am. Met up with Bob, Anna, and Bhavna for a 16 mile run. Ice bath, followed by a nice hot shower, followed by Gimme Lean sausage and hash browns made using the fancy blender. Then we waited for two hours til my dad came back from brunch with his brother, and another three hours while we all just sat around the house til we went to Bob's for a fun barbeque get-together.
