I am exhausted. I went to my favorite yoga class, which I haven't been able to attend for about three weeks. I also ran the same route as yesterday, in heat and wind not quite as bad, with the LunaChix. I ate leftovers and went to the house where Julie spent the day putting in landscaping. Maybe now I will sleep. Last night I went to bed early, and for my troubles awoke at 4am.
