I had five meetings at work today. I didn't go for a walk, or to the gym, or exercise after work. I just came home, made dinner (roasted butternut squash, chard from the garden, fakin' bacon, Tofurkey sage sausage, pesto made Thursday before our flight, and O-shaped pasta) plus roasted cauliflower and fried plantains for later. Then we sat on the couch and watched two shows we had really looked forward to. It's my only evening with downtime for another week.
