Oh, you know me. Late(ish) to work. A meeting or two. Lunch with coworkers and then I left slightly early for a swim. I ran into Dana, just a few hours back from weeks in South America (for work). She had already been for a swim workout and was signing up for Pilates classes. Lawd. I met up with Julie and Leslie for a (rather too long) pedicure, then rushed home and made lettuce wraps with tofu, seitan, asparagus, carrots, and onions.
