Woke up at an ungodly hour, found Erik sick downstairs, went for a long run, ran errands to get supplies for Erik. Met Donna for breakfast and had a lovely day. Arrived home to find Erik doing much better, talked to each of my parents while completing all of the Sunday chores. I need more time.
