Today I saw the "vegan bar" at work-- a number of salads and bulk entrees in the cafeteria on the other side of campus, where I rarely go. I had a bit of everything-- Tofurky jambalaya, jerk seitan, lentil salad, Latin American millet, cornbread, tangy kale, and vegan parmesan. I ate way too much, and felt sleepy and full for hours afterward.
