Biked in, with Erik. Another overwhelming day of no time for a walk, barely time to run to the cafeteria before it closed, and certainly no speed training. Went for a run, first in a week. It was tough. Made leftovers for dinner, then worked on some jewelry I've needed to fix for ages.
