onehundredfortynine

It was supposed to be "summer hours," a short work day, but we all know how that goes. I eschewed a swim to work a few extra hours, hurried home to start making smashed potatoes, drove to my brother's house and tried to help out for an hour and a half. Back home, I smashed and roasted the potatoes, gathered stuff, and Erik & I picked up Aspen to drive down to Cory's grandfather's house for a silicone mold-pouring party. There were snacks and wine and LEGOs and banter and music, and an amazing barn full of beautiful things.
