I only ran two or three miles this morning, from St Honore up to the Thurman entrance to the Leif Erickson Trail where I turned around since my back hurt. It was snowing so hard up in the west hills. Julie and I went for breakfast at Junior's, then got pedicures and ducked into a few shops on Hawthorne.
I tried to take it easy on my back, mostly. Erik and I went to a friend's show at Mississippi Studios, and came right home afterwards, early.
