I had a dream where I was shopping, scouring fruits and veggies at the grocery store to really pick the best ones. I was deep asleep in this dream when my alarm went off, and my first thought was disappointment that I wasn't going to get to keep the veggies I had spent so much time picking out.
I went to Spin & Sculpt with Kari at noon, worked late to finish something I just couldn't bring myself to focus on during the day, and went for a swim just as my swimming buddies were done. I was able to find my cadence and crank out a 400.
